Performing validation audits VDA 6.3
Subcontractor and supplier releases
Coordination and release of customer 8D reports
Clarification of technical issues and standards with subcontractors and customers
Preparation and Support and coordination of customer audits
Qualification and release of basic material qualifications
Preparation of qualification reports
Responsibility for the defined QM system SES and SET
Trade partner release
Coordinates trading partners Quality Task
Sales contact for quality topics
Support technology transfer
Have budget responsibility for his/her area and consistently monitors adherence to the budget
Significant improvement of the entire existing processes, systems and products.
Subcontractor releases and blocks
Organize his/her area of responsibility
Stop work orders when there is a poor economic and technical prospects
Pupils internship
Your qualification & competencies
University degree (bachelor or master)
Expected subject field(s): Engineer with a focus physics engineering or similar
Professional experience: 7 to 10 years, Project experience: 4 to 6 years, Management experience: 3 to 5 years
Program Knowledge: QM-Systems (VDA6.X, TS16949, QS9001), MS-Office, SAP basic (if possible), Statistic programs
Very good oral/written Chinese and English skills
High quality and safety awareness
High degree of initiative and independence
High motivation, capacity to work under pressure and flexibility
Conceptual skills & vision
Leadership competence
Good knowledge of common PCB standards e.g. IPC6012 and IPC600 IPC6012
