Notification system
The SCHWEIZER notification system gives you the opportunity to report infringements of legal requirements or internal regulations and therefore to help to detect violations of this kind. For SCHWEIZER, compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations has top priority. This is because we are only able to prevent damage to our company, employees, and business partners if rules and standards are observed. For this reason, misconduct must be detected early on. So that we can deal with indications of infringements fairly and appropriately, we have set up a notification system. SCHWEIZER employees and third parties can use it to report infringements. All reports are processed with the utmost of confidentiality.
If you have concrete information about the infringement of rights or regulations at SCHWEIZER or if you suspect any such infringements, you can use the notification system to report these incidents.
ZVEI – Code of Conduct for the electronic industry
All of the companies in the SCHWEIZER-Group are clearly committed to their social responsibility within the scope of our worldwide activities.
The ZVEI Code of Conduct on Corporate Social Responsibility (CoC) serves as the basis for this. Issued by the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (Zentralverbands Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e. V., ZVEI), these guidelines spell out what corporate responsibility means to us: for working conditions, social and environmental compatibility, as well as transparency, trustworthy collaboration and meaningful dialogue.
We do all this out of the deepest conviction, because we know that responsible action pays off – for a world worth living in, for more trust and ever better products.
